Last month we were hosting Jana Mitackova - trainer and instructor of Spiral Stabilization.
Spiral Stabilization focuses on retraining the stabilizing muscles in the body to improve posture, prevent injuries, and alleviate pain. This method is based on the concept of spiral movements in the body, which are crucial for proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system.

The exercises in Spiral Stabilization are gentle and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. They are designed to improve body awareness, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. By following the prescribed exercises regularly, individuals can experience significant improvements in their overall well-being.

Many individuals have found relief from chronic back pain, neck pain, and joint pain through the practice of Spiral Stabilization. It has also been effective in rehabilitating injuries and improving athletic performance.

Overall, Spiral Stabilization is a safe and effective method for improving physical health and well-being. It is recommended to consult with a certified instructor or medical professional before starting any new exercise program.
