Weronika Bala CAT, BSc

CERTIFIED ATHLETIC THERAPIST

Weronika Bala is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from South East Technological University (SETU), Carlow. She has worked across both clinical and sporting environments, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal assessment, sports injury management and rehabilitation.

She has treated a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, back pain and general aches and pains. Weronika’s approach is focused on understanding what is causing the problem and helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy, whether that’s playing sport, training or simply getting through everyday life without pain.

Outside of work, Weronika is not particularly good at sitting still. She loves being outdoors, climbing mountains and mountain biking. She’s always up for trying something new — preferably something that gets her heart racing a little!

Weronika is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) and a member of Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI). Depending on the patient’s individual health insurance policy and level of cover, Athletic Therapy treatment may be eligible for reimbursement. Patients are advised to check directly with their insurer regarding eligibility and available benefits
