Originally arriving in Ireland in 2005, Jan spent several years living and working here before returning home to care for family members. During this time, he experienced persistent lower back pain, which led him to explore treatment options beyond conventional long-term pain management.
This search introduced him to Spiral Stabilization, which he initially undertook as a patient. Following a significant improvement in his symptoms, including complete resolution of pain within three months, he developed a strong interest in this therapeutic approach.
He subsequently co-founded a practice to provide access to Spiral Stabilization in an area where it had not previously been available.
In 2024, Jana returned to Ireland and joined Perfect Therapy Rehabilitation Centre in Killarney. That same year, he completed training in Neuromuscular Therapy in Cork, further expanding his clinical skillset. His work focuses on supporting clients with back pain and movement-related conditions through structured, exercise-based rehabilitation.
